Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent
Role: HR Executive
Experience: 1 to 2 Year Relevant
Qualification: MBA HR/ MSW/ MA HRM/ PGDM / (2021- 2026 Batch if fresher’s)
We are looking for aspirants who intend to build their career in the field of HR.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Responsible for handling recruitment and other HR activities.
· Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
· Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks
· Manage outbound facing engagement including LinkedIn, job boards, social media etc.,
· Interviewing applicants Screen via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
· Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
· Maintain candidate databases
· Contributes towards other HR and engagement activities
· Monitor and apply best HR recruiting practices
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as recruiter or similar role
· Strong analytical and organizational skills.
· Handling word and excel
