Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Pune (Corporate Office / Periodic Site Visits)
Reports to: HR Manager / Head of HR
Experience: 4– 7 Years
Role Objective
To manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from specialized technical recruitment for construction projects to implementing robust HR policies and maintaining a high-performance culture across both office and site locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment cycle for diverse roles: Civil Engineers, Architects, Sales Executives, and Legal/Liaisoning officers.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, local job portals, and specialized construction headhunters.
Conduct initial screenings, coordinate technical interviews, and manage the offer negotiation process.
Design and execute Induction Program to integrate new joins into the company culture.
2. HR Operations & Documentation
Maintain the Master Employee Database and manage physical/digital personnel files.
Oversee the daily attendance system (Biometric/App-based) for both office staff and site-based teams.
Prepare official documentation: Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, and Relieving Documents.
Ensure 100% compliance with local labor laws and shop act licenses.
3. Performance Management & Training
Assist in the implementation of the Annual Appraisal Cycle and KRA (Key Result Area) setting.
Identify skill gaps in site supervisors or sales teams and organize relevant training sessions (Technical, Soft Skills, or Safety).
Manage the "Employee of the Month" and other recognition programs to boost morale.
4. Payroll Support & Statutory Compliance
Coordinate with the accounts department to ensure timely salary processing.
Manage leave records, overtime (if applicable for site staff), and loan/advance requests.
Ensure compliance with PF (Provident Fund), ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT) in coordination with consultants.
5. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring a fair and speedy resolution.
Organize corporate events, site celebrations, and team-building activities.
Conduct exit interviews to analyze turnover trends and provide actionable feedback to management.
Qualifications & Skills
Education: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or M.Com with HR specialization.
Experience: Proven experience in Real Estate or Construction sectors is highly preferred.
Language: Proficiency in Marathi (essential for communicating with site staff) and English.
Knowledge: Working knowledge of Maharashtra Labor Laws and modern HRIS tools.
Soft Skills: High empathy, strong negotiation skills, and "cultural fit" for a fast-paced firm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
