Job Title: HR Executive (Generalist)

Job Summary

The HR Executive (Generalist) will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. This position is ideal for individuals with 1-2 years of experience in HR, particularly in bulk sourcing and recruitment.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Manage bulk sourcing of candidates through various channels to meet hiring needs.
• Support onboarding processes for new employees and ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
• Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation and reporting.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support performance management processes.

Qualifications And Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and bulk sourcing.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
