Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Jaipur (VKI Area)
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Saturday Half Day)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, including hiring for IT and Non-IT roles, along with employee lifecycle and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles
• Source, screen, and schedule candidates
• Post job openings on portals and maintain candidate pipeline
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and closures
• Manage onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Handle employee offboarding and exit formalities
• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Support payroll inputs and coordination
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Required Skills:
• Experience in hiring for IT & Non-IT positions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of attendance, payroll, and HR processes
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong coordination and organizational skills
Qualifications:
• Graduate in any field (MBA/HR preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience
