We have a opening in HR for Infosys Ltd.
Position- HR Executive (Generalist Profile)
Work Experience- 2-5 yrs
Education: Any Graduate
Remuneration: 27k to 30k CTC
Job Location: Infosys Ltd.Plot No. IT-A-001-A-1, Mahindra World City SEZ Teelawas Road, Kalwara, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Job Description/Assignments - Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Attendance Management – Monthly payroll for our client location – Infosys Ltd.
Recruitment for the required candidates as per client requirement through different available sources.
Grievances Redressal of the employees working at our FMS client location in Trichy.
Monthly compliance documents maintenance and following up from head office for timely ESIC and PF challan submission.
Take care of CMS and SCRM issues faced by our employees, coordinating with the Infosys CMS and SCRUM team to get those issues resolved.
Training & Awareness sessions at our client locations and documenting the same trough PowerPoint presentations.
Employee engagement activities as required by client.
Taking care of employee Entry and Exit cycle.
Documentation, ESIC and PF registration, and other joining formalities as per client norms.
Monthly maintenance of leave balance details.
Providing Billing calculation for the purpose of invoices at the end of every month.
Monthly maintenance of Summary sheets, MIS reports etc.
Participate in quarterly compliance audits and get the same cleared from client.
Take care of ESIC accident / medical cases and assist the employee in getting their payments cleared from ESIC.
LWF form submission to allow employees to avail the benefits.
Client relationship management.
Monthly invoice submission to client through ARIBA Portal (SAP) and take care of any change to be done in invoices to get the same processed.
Daily data management and providing required data to client as per requirement.
