Job Description
Lead our full-cycle recruitment process and directly recruit mid-to-senior-level positions;
Source profiles from different sources - Naukri, LinkedIn, Facebook and other channels.
Coordination and Completion of Joining formalities,Onboarding formalities, Employee record
generation.
Attendance Management and Employees Regulation management.
Assist in Payroll and statutory compliances.
Responsible for driving and maintaining various processes facilitating employee engagement,
motivation, communication, grievance handling, counseling,
Manage complete performance management system.
Promote corporate values and enable business success through corporate branding and
recruitment
Handling day to day HR & Admin activities
Manage Exit formalities.
Requirements
Min. 3 years of experience in overall HR Management
Strong leadership skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Hands-on experience in HR Policies,Talent Management,Performance Review, Leave
Management, Payrolls, Statutory Compliances, Employee Grievance, Employee
Engagement,Vendor Management, Exit Formalities.
Strong experience in taking care of end-to-end hiring activities
Experience in maintaining a good offer to joining ratio.
Experience in handling day to day HR & Admin activities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or G-suite tools and HRMIS tools
