Job Description
• Design and update job descriptions.
• Source potential candidates from online channels (e.g., Naukri, Indeed, social media).
• Screen resumes based on predefined criteria.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video, and in-person.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and address queries regarding compensation and benefits.
• Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding & Induction:
• Handle employee induction and onboarding.
• Distribute joining kits to newly hired employees.
• Maintain and update employee records with relevant details.
HR Operations & Compliance:
• Track and manage employee attendance and leave requests.
• Approve leaves as per company workflow.
• Complete exit formalities, including experience certificates and relieving letters.
• Maintain employee files with all necessary documentation.
Performance Management & Training:
• Keep track of employee performance.
• Develop training and performance management programs.
• Ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Workplace Culture & Employee Engagement:
• Manage and enhance organizational culture.
• Create a safe and inclusive work environment.
• Oversee benefits and compensation programs.
• Handle conflicts, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
Requirements and skills
· Experience – 3-5 Yrs
● Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
● Experience with sourcing and generalist techniques
● Solid verbal and written communication skills
