1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Screen , Coordinate and schedule interviews as per HR Manager’s instructions.
Assist with face-to-face communication and coordination with candidates.
Support end-to-end onboarding process and documentation.
Release offer letters and coordinate joining formalities.
Represent the HR team during new hire orientations.
2. Payroll & Attendance
Work with the HR Manager for accurate monthly payroll processing.
Track daily attendance (staff & labor) via HRIS system.
Manage leave records and ensure timely updates.
Address on-ground salary-related queries.
Monitor absenteeism and report to the HR Manager promptly.
3. HR Operations
Maintain and update HRIS and employee database accurately.
Coordinate with the Airtel account manager for SIM card allocation, KYC, and tracking.
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances; escalate to HR Manager
Share monthly MIS reports with the HR Manager.
Ensure statutory compliance and timely filing of returns.
Execute Performance appraisal in coordination with the HR Manager.
Support rollout of strategic HR initiatives.
Provide on-ground support for policy implementation and compliance tracking.
Facilitate communication between on-site teams and remote HR management.
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
Assist in planning and executing engagement activities.
Promote team-building initiatives and cultural alignment
Gather feedback on morale and workplace environment and share insights
Provide daily support to staff.
5. Training & Development
Coordinate and execute employee training sessions.
Support in collecting post-training feedback.
Assist in implementing learning & development initiatives with the HR Manager.
6. General Administration
Oversee daily upkeeping of office and factory premises.
Conduct routine visits to office and factory locations.
Liaise with vendors and manage facility-related issues onsite.
Manage Vendor Invoices & Payments.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
2-3 year experience in HR operations
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Well-versed with HRIS systems and labor laws.
Capable of multitasking with excellent time management.
A team player with a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Smart with Fluency in English

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
