1. Work experience of 1year we need recruitment professionals at different level.
2. should have prior experience in Non IT Recruitment; preference will be given to die-hard core recruiters coming from a Recruitment background.
3. should have sourcing experience through Job portals, references, LinkedIn, etc.
4. Should be Excellent Communication
5. should be good in doing Telephonic Screening of the profiles; should be proficient in checking out their Technical, Behavioral, Stability aspects, etc.
6. shall be required to do co-ordination between Candidate and Technical team; rigorous Follow up with the candidates for interview scheduling etc.
7. shall be required to maintain and develop trackers and management rep
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
