Required Skills:
With the experience of 2 plus years of experience with staffing agency
Hands-on experience on job portals
Should able to source the candidates in shortest time
Roles and responsibilities:
Candidate needs to work according to client requirements
Conducting tests and short listing the candidates
Need to actively participate in drives and campus selections
Screening resumes.
Performing interviews.
Coordinating interviews.
Evaluate resumes and applications
Source candidates using databases, social media etc.
