Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Executive located in Indore. The HR Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and training, performance management, and compensation and benefits. The HR Executive will also ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations, and work closely with other departments to promote employee retention and engagement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR management
• Excellent knowledge of HR functions, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
• PHR or SPHR certification is a plus
