We are seeking an HR Executive Intern to join our team and support our HR operations. The HR Executive Intern will work closely with the HR team to assist in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Assist with employee relations, including handling employee inquiries and complaints.
• Assist with performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
• Assist with developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR databases.
• Conduct research on HR topics and provide recommendations to the HR team.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
• Continuously improve HR processes and methodologies.

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR and willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with HR tools and software is a plus.
