Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Full-Cycle – Primary Focus)
Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels (entry to mid-level roles): manpower planning, job description drafting, sourcing candidates via job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, employee referrals, campus hiring, and headhunting.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews/telephonic screenings, coordinate technical/behavioural interviews with hiring managers, and manage candidate experience throughout the process.
Build and maintain talent pipelines, track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness), and prepare weekly/monthly recruitment reports.
Handle offer letter preparation, salary negotiations, background verification (BGV), reference checks, and final joining coordination.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage complete onboarding process: new hire documentation, induction/orientation programs, system access setup, and buddy/mentor assignment.
Oversee offboarding/exit process: full & final settlement, exit interviews, knowledge transfer, and clearance formalities.
Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS/HRMS (e.g., Keka, GreytHR, Zoho People, RazorpayX) including personal details, attendance, leaves, increments, and promotions.
Administer attendance, leave management, payroll inputs (salary structure, deductions, incentives), and coordinate with finance/payroll team.
Handle employee queries, grievances, conflict resolution, and maintain positive employee relations.
Implement and update HR policies/procedures; ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, POSH, Labour Codes).
Coordinate performance management cycles (goal setting, appraisals, feedback sessions) and support training & development needs identification.
Organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and culture-building events.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and support audits (internal/statutory).
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor's degree (any discipline); MBA/PGDM in HR/Personnel Management preferred.
Experience: 2–5 years in HR (strong exposure to full-cycle recruitment + generalist operations in Indian context).
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of Indian labour laws, statutory compliances, and HR best practices (2025–2026 updates).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – advanced), HRMS/HRIS tools , ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication (written & verbal – English + Hindi), interpersonal skills, multitasking, problem-solving, confidentiality, and candidate/hiring manager handling.
Other: High attention to detail, proactive approach, ability to work under pressure during high-volume hiring.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
