Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.
Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
Employee Relations: Handle employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
Promote a positive work culture by assisting in the resolution of workplace conflicts and issues.
HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in accordance with current employment laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, with a focus on PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances.
Employee Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefit programs and provide support with compensation-related matters.
Assist employees with benefit inquiries and resolve issues.
Ensure accurate wage calculation and compliance with relevant regulations.
Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and assist in the development of employee skills and competencies.
Encourage continuous learning and professional development.
HR Data and Reporting: Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports as needed.
Analyze HR data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
Factory Production and Cost Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of factory production processes and associated labor costs.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure effective workforce management.
