Job Description:
As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent. Your duties will include:
• Recruitment Strategy: Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilizing various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and networking to source potential candidates.
• Screening and Selection: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Offer Negotiation: Facilitating the offer process, including extending job offers, negotiating terms, and coordinating pre-employment checks.
• Onboarding: Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork completion, orientation, and integration into the organization.
• Maintaining Recruitment Metrics: Tracking and analyzing recruitment data to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make necessary improvements.
• Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
• Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external recruitment agencies.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing best practices to streamline recruitment processes and enhance overall efficiency.
