Weare seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to join our teamat Miracle Group Of Companies. As an HR Executive you will play acrucial role in managing various HR functions such as recruitmentemployee onboarding performance management employee relations andHR policies and procedures.
This is a fulltime position based inJaipur RajasthanIndia.
QualificationsandSkills
• Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources or a relatedexperience
• 13 years of experience in HR rolepreferably in manufacturing industry
• Solidunderstanding of HR regulations andpractices
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
• Ability to workcollaboratively in a team environment
• Strongorganizational and time managementskills
• Proficient in MSOffice
RolesandResponsibilities
• Managethe endtoend recruitment process including job postings screeningresumes conducting interviews and making joboffers
• Coordinate and conduct employeeonboarding and orientation programs
• Assist indeveloping and implementing HR policies andprocedures
• Handle employee relations mattersincluding conflict resolution and disciplinaryactions
• Maintain accurate HR records andprepare HR reports as needed
