Duties for HR Executive
• Handling Inhouse Recruitment
• Finding right people, with right skills, within timeline in given budgets for assigned profiles
• Handling Zoho Recruit as ATS
• Manage channels for the data – Naukri / LinkedIn / etc
• Managing follow-ups and joining
• Offer Letter/Appointment Letter
• New Joinee Employee Verification / Address Verification
• Manage NDA / Contracts for staff and submit to head office
• Executing Generalist Tasks
• Assist in Documentation
• Assist in Employee Engagement
• Assist in onboarding new joiners formalities
• Maintain Greyt HR
• Daily Work Report Email.
Skills & Experience
• Good communication skills
• Any Graduate
