Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes and assisting with day-to-day HR functions to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and job postings.
Support onboarding activities and documentation.
HR Operations:
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
Support payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate induction/orientation programs for new hires.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
