Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also supporting core HR functions such as onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day operations. This is a dynamic role that combines talent acquisition with generalist responsibilities to ensure smooth HR functioning and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Understand manpower requirements from department heads and execute recruitment plans accordingly.
Draft and publish job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website) and actively source candidates using databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person), coordinate interview scheduling, and manage the candidate pipeline efficiently.
Prepare offer letters, ensure completion of pre-joining documentation, and facilitate smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
Maintain recruitment trackers, employee records, and HR databases while supporting compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Handle employee queries, support policy communication, and help in drafting and updating HR documents, letters, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HR, primarily in recruitment, with exposure to generalist functions.
Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).
Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR operations and employment laws.
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
