HR-Executive (Male) (2-3 yrs Exp.)

Job Responsibilities

· Involved in the recruitment and selection process for new employees. They create job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and make hiring decisions.

· Ensure that new employees are properly on boarded and introduced to the company culture, policies, and procedures.

· Assist in developing performance management processes and programs, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans.

· Identify training needs and organize and facilitate training sessions for employees to improve their skills and knowledge.

· End to End Recruitment.

· Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

· MIS reporting

· Extensively Working on MS Office

· Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures

· Interview coordination & scheduling.

· Sourcing resumes

· Resume formatting

· Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)

· Responsible for employee payroll

· Responsible for recording employees’ attendance

· Responsible for recruitment as and on boarding

· Responsible for employee engagement

· Ensure smooth employee documentation process in the organization

· Experience in Statutory, PF & ESIC Compliance.

· Responsible for statutory compliance (PF & ESIC, PT) – Filing monthly contributions & generating challans

Skill Sets Required

· Good communication skills

· Minimum qualification is Graduate in any field

· Candidates Minimum 2 or 3 years experience will be preferred

· Good listening skills

· Should be self-driven

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
