About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves handling end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, employee engagement, compliance and factory HR activities.
Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for factory and staff positions.
• Conduct screening, interviews, and background checks.
• Manage onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain and update the manpower plan.
2. Attendance, Payroll & HR Operations
• Monitor attendance, leaves, overtime, and shift planning.
• Coordinate with the payroll team/vendor for accurate monthly processing.
• Maintain employee records, HRIS data, and personal files.
• Handle employee letters (offer, salary revision, warnings, confirmations, etc.).
3. Statutory Compliance (Manufacturing Specific)
• Support compliance with Labour Laws:
• PF, ESI, Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishment, etc.
• Coordinate with consultants for audits and inspections.
• Maintain statutory registers and records.
4. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Address employee grievances and escalate when necessary.
• Conduct employee engagement activities, training, and welfare initiatives.
• Maintain a positive and safe work environment on the shop floor.
5. Training & Development
• Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
• Assist in organizing training sessions, documentation, and reporting.
6. HR Reports & MIS
• Prepare HR dashboards, attrition reports, attendance reports, and manpower status.
• Provide monthly HR MIS to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations; manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of factory HR, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
