Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Develop and implement employee onboarding and offboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
Manage performance management systems, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development plans.
Administer payroll and benefits, including maintaining accurate employee records and personnel files.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, conflict resolution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experienced candidates preferred, preferably in the manufacturing, hospitality or entertainment industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous Experience in a HR related role in another organisation.
Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience with HR software and systems, including applicant tracking systems and performance management software.
Ability to adapt to new situations and think critically.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
