Full job description
Job Summary
Recruits, interviews, tests, and selects suitable employees for various positions
Maintains work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Prepares employee orientation document and conducts employee orientation program
Maintains historical human resource records like hires, promotions, terminations, performance review by preparing and updating human resources system that meets top management information needs on a regular basis
Prepares employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine appropriate reasons for exit
Maintaining attendance and leave administration
Maintain Fixed Asset Register
Responsible for the Administration of all IT and Operations
Maintain/update existing HR policies and procedures
Qualifications and Skills
Any graduate with experience of 1-5 years or MBA in HR with 1-3 years of relevant experience
Excellent verbal, oral and written communication skills in order to communicate with diverse audience
Good time management
Ability to work in a flexible, employee empowering work environment
Knowledge of various Recruitment sources
Pro-active and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
