Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Mira Road East
Company: Delta Yards Realty Pvt. Ltd.
Reports To: HR Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, admin, technical, and support roles.
Handle onboarding formalities including document collection, ID generation, and induction for both site and head office employees.
Maintain employee master data and update HRMIS/HR software regularly.
Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Draft and issue HR letters – offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, resignation acceptance, etc.
Assist in performance evaluations and appraisal cycle.
Organize internal staff activities, rewards, and employee welfare programs.
Address employee grievances and assist in disciplinary procedures.
Ensure HR practices are aligned with company goals and statutory obligations.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Com/BBA) – MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the real estate or construction sector.
Knowledge of labor laws, ESIC, PF, PT, Shops & Establishment Act.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and any HRMS system.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Resides near Mira Road East.
Willingness to travel to sites/offices as needed.
Strong people-handling and coordination skills.
