Looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years of experience who would like to take up a challenge and can work as the single resource in HR and grow his/ her career from there.
Key Job Roles in order of importance
• Recruitment - 35%
• HR generalist - 25%
• Problem-solving - 15%
• Payroll processing - 10%
• Other administrative work
Personality needs
• Ideally around age 25 years and around with some experience working in jobs will help
• Good communicator
• Very good with ms office especially excel and socially savvy with WhatsApp and Facebook and Instagram
• Go-getter with deadlines especially recruitment which is once during the year - about 30-40 hires a year not many.
• Some experience in the above roles helps.
Immediate Joining will be preferred
(CTC - 2.5-3.5 lakhs per annum based on experience)
