Handle end-to-end recruitment cycleWork closely with Department heads to understand their manpower requirementsPlan and implement company talent acquisition strategy.Manage respective candidate pools.Screening the candidates through preliminary interviews.Conduct background checks.Conduct end to end boarding and induction formalitiesUnderstand and convey the company policies to the new joinersExecute the joining formalities including offer letters, appointment letters, sitting arrangements, etc.Handle employee grievances and employee counsellingIdeate, plan, and execute employee engagement activitiesMaintain HR MISConduct Exit formalities
