We have an opening in HR whereby you could be a Recruiter or HR generalist.
For Recruiter you should be proficient in:
Recruitment and know how to use channels Other than Naukri , like social Media paid/unpaid, placement recruitment agencies, unconventional channels, use LinkedIn to build the firms profile ad build your network etc.
Preferably should have some recruitment experience in Social media (social media digital marketing) and tech Recruitment.
Maintain a buffer list of good candidates for future openings
Constantly engage with department heads and operations team to track the risk of attritions or people on notice period and have a pipeline ready
Maintain engagement with good potential candidates for future openings
Recruitment will require you to understand JDS work profiles and be very good in pre-screening conveying the firm's philosophy culture and ensuring you use the entire interview process to filter candidates
for other tasks for an HR generalist are:
Closely monitoring the extensive and structured training induction system and during the time map out candidates strength and weakness
Maintain an internal employee profile book which besides having all data points and check list also has the observations remarks etc.
You will track risks and manage retentions by proper engagement
Maintain full HR records with the help of the admin support team and ensure the entire records are up-to-date
Administer the HR and work from home policy
if you are a senior and have a deep understanding of HR then you can: work closely with CEO to understand the organizational strategy.
For the senior recruiter/ HR generalist the salary range will be from 30-40 depending upon skills and Experience.

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
