Job Description
• Handle recruitment processes such as posting advertisements, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging the interview, employment contracts and etc. aligned with local regulations, Company policies, and procedures.
• Taking care of end-to-end recruitment.
• Responsible for conducting drives shortlisting profiles and conducting the final round of interviews with the concerned authorized person.
• Maintaining requirement and sourcing tracker.
• Executing the implementation of HR policies and procedures followed by managers and staff.
• Prepare confirmation letters, and monitor contract expiry for renewals.
• Update and manage employee records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Execute tasks in the office pertaining to compliance with company-established policies and procedures and Indian legal, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements.
• Acquire and maintain office furnishing, equipment, and supplies, and provides administrative support for the maintenance of the telephone, communication, and computing system.
• Coordinate and provide administrative support for monthly Board meetings.
• Provide administrative support for the Managerial Staff such as meeting scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Visiting factory every once in a week.
Required Skills and Competencies: A) Thorough understanding of Indian labor and employment laws.
B) Good computer skills in spreadsheets and word processing.
C) Good organization and interpersonal skills with ability to function in a multi-cultural environment.
D) Fluent spoken and written English.
E) Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules.
F) A high-level individual who is independent, proactive, with good attitude and mindset.
G) Must take initiative to complete task assigned
