Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing profiles and scheduling interviews
and collecting feedback and selection status of all the off-roll profiles and maintaining a TAT of
lower than 18 days, using alternate sources wherever possible
Monitoring and providing necessary support for recruitment for all the off-roll profiles to Service
Providers and Line Managers
Maintenance of recruitment & attrition tracker for all the divisions and monitoring manning and
TAT for off-roll profiles across, through coordination with Service Providers and publishing the
trackers with insights on a monthly basis to all Line Managers
Collection and maintenance of referral’s database on a pro-active basis from off-roll associates
across for usage as and when positions come up
Finalizing and sending the detailed monthly reports to BHR (Joining’s, Separations & Active
employees list)
Management of associate lifecycle through coordination with Service Providers, the function and
the Commercial team
Coordination with Service Providers and Line Managers for timely updating of Matrix data
Reconciliation of Matrix data with salary sheets on a monthly basis
Data collation for compensation and policy revision
Off-roll to on-roll integration - managing the integration process and maintaining the integration
tracker
Query resolution and support to Line Managers
Role Requirements / Specifications
Qualifications
Essential :
B.Com / BMS (Min 50% in graduation)
The graduation must be through a full time, regular day course
Should have knowledge in Excel and other MS Office tools
Engineers will not be considered
Age: Less than 26 years.
Languages: Knowledge of English and regional language.
Previous Experience
Essential :
Not required / Freshers can be considered
Desired :
1 year in Accounts / HR function
Functional Competencies
Fluency in English & local language
Excellent communication and people skills
Behavioral Competencies Should be extremely organized & able to do multitasking
