Payroll and attendance management –
➢ Processes company’s payroll every pay period
➢ Prepare payroll processing data and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data
➢ Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
➢ Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
➢ Identifies, investigates, and resolves discrepancies in paysheet and payroll records
➢ Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
➢ Manages attendance through HRIS software on monthly basis
➢ Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
Compliance responsibilities –
➢ Updation and Implementation of latest amendment under Labour Law.
➢ Responsible for preparing and delivering compliance-related training and communications to employees.
➢ Handle Statutory HR Labor Compliance
➢ Ensuring 100% compliance for the quarterly audits
➢ Responsible for Payroll compliance like PF, ESIC, Gratuity
➢ Handling Government Inspection and reply to the Notices

Excellent analytical skill
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Familiarity with Benefits and Other Wage
Multi-Tasking Abilities
Strong understanding of HR Statutory Compliances including knowledge of Contract Labour Compliance aspects
Ability to Work on a Deadline

Execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
