• End-to-End Recruitment – Sourcing, screening, interviewing & closing positions efficiently
• Smooth Onboarding Experience – From documentation to Day 1 excellence
• Employee Grievance Handling – Be the voice of fairness & resolution
• Employee Engagement – Drive initiatives that actually boost morale
• Manager Coordination – Partner with hiring managers for workforce planning
• HR Team Collaboration – Work closely with the core HR team
• EPF & ESIC Management – Handle statutory compliances confidently
• Vendor Management – Coordinate & ensure seamless external partnerships
What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 4+ years of core HR experience
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
• Hands-on expertise in recruitment & employee lifecycle
• Solid understanding of EPF & ESIC compliances
• Someone comfortable working in a night shift environment
