Job Summary:
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying talent, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing:
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, etc.).
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Candidate Screening:
Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications to match job requirements.
Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to maintain accurate records of all candidate interactions and recruitment processes.
Interviewing:
Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and tailor interview questions to assess the suitability of candidates.
Candidate Selection:
Provide recommendations to hiring managers on top candidates and assist in the decision-making process.
Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed.
Job Offer and Onboarding:
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a seamless transition from candidate to employee.
Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure new hires have a smooth integration into the company.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice by participating in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and social media campaigns.
Develop and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Reporting and Metrics:
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
Compliance:
Ensure recruitment practices comply with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate or agency environment.
Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Personal Attributes:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
