Areas of Responsibility: To support HR strategy in implementing various HR Initiatives and keeping all stakeholders informed. To support the delivery of end-to-end HR Services and standardize processes across the company Undertake meetings with L1
L2 managers and arrange for developmental interventions to help build capabilities. Assist in designing workplace policies establishing processes.
To provide the necessary support systems for payroll requirements To support and advise the stakeholders on dealing with all Employee Relations matter Design programs initiatives to enhance employee relations overall employee experience Collaborate with different stakeholders in creating a psychologically safe workplace culture
Preferred Background
People-oriented and results-driven Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics Ability to architect strategyCompetence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
Preferred Work Experience: Minimum 1-4 years of progressive experience in HR Ops
