HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance) - Manufacturing Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Executive – Payroll & Compliance to manage end-to-end payroll processes, statutory compliance, and related HR functions in a manufacturing setup. The ideal candidate will ensure timely salary processing, accurate deductions, and strict adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
• Process monthly payroll in coordination with Finance and HR.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and overtime data.
• Validate salary inputs including incentives, reimbursements, and deductions.
• Ensure timely salary disbursements and payslip generation.
• Manage full & final settlement for exited employees.
Statutory Compliance:
• Ensure timely submission of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS returns.
• Handle all documentation and processes related to labor law compliance.
• Coordinate with government authorities and external auditors during inspections and audits.
• Maintain all statutory registers and records (as per Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, etc.).
HR Operations Support:
• Maintain employee records and HRMIS database.
• Assist in drafting HR policies related to payroll and compliance.
• Address payroll and compliance-related employee queries.
• Support audits and internal reviews of HR practices.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / HR / MBA in HR preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in payroll & compliance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus Act, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Excel, payroll software (e.g., GreytHR, Spine, SAP, etc.).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
