Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate
Manage, maintain and regularly update the organization’s employee Master database and prepare reports, Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to their respective Reporting Managers. Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
Implementing and administering performance management processes as per the PMS policy and timelines, Review, update and maintain proper filing such as employees KRAs & KPIs, coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees, Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Planning of company events or activities on occasions by management’s approval
Investigate complaints brought forward by employees.
Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, labour law and record information on a timely basis
Liasoning with required statutory authorities or as directed, Responding to various Notices from Authorities ensuring closure on the gaps, Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management, Follow up of confirmation records statutory obligations - PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity, LTA, bonus
Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements of the employees

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
