Job Description
Location: Baner, Pune, Maharashtra
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, shortlisting, interviews, and onboarding
2. Maintain employee records and HR documentation
3. Support payroll, attendance, and leave management
4. Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes
5. Coordinate training and development programs for employees
6. Handle employee queries and support employee engagement initiatives
7. Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
8. Support HR reporting and analytics
9. Assist in creating HR policies and process improvements
10. Coordinate with management on HR-related activities and initiatives
Requirements
1. Any Graduation (HR, Management, or related field preferred)
2. 0–2 years of experience in HR or related functions
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices
5. Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools/ERP
6. Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR activities
