Job Description
The principal responsibilities essentially include:
- - Co-ordinate for recruitment and taking interviews in office.
- - Identifying and assessing future and current training needs
- - Drawing an overall or individualized training and development plan
- - Deploy a wide variety of training methods
- - Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions and assist in on boarding
- - Document handling of new and old employees
- - Follow up and coordination for attendance and time keeping within the organization
- - Support and take initiatives in employee relations, engagement activities by coming up with new ideas and initiatives to build employee relations.
- - Take on administration tasks within the broad HR scope
- - All other activities as given from time to time by the Management
Requirements
An MBA / MPM graduate with min 60% across all subjects.
Excellent communication in English
