Perform a variety of human resources tasks, often focusing on recruitment, hiring, and benefits. Play an active role in the onboarding of new employees, reviewing benefits and other programs, explaining policies, and ensuring all necessary enrolment paperwork is completed properly. Statutory compliance, Payroll management & Exit formalities and F&F documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Mba (Hr)
Experience: Minimum 3 Years In Recruitment 360 Process.
Languages: English, Kannada & Hindi.
System Skills: Expertise In Ms Office & Any Hrms
Technical Skills: Job Portals Sourcing, Lateral Hiring, College Campus Drives & Sourcing from RPO's
Key Responsibilities Area
1. Sourcing the appropriate prospects as per the company requirement.
2. Post job ads on Job search engines & other available resources in the market.
3. Calling the applicants, screening, conducting Initial rounds of interview, connecting them with management for final interviews and salary negotiation with selected candidates.
4. Onboarding on the HRMS portal, orientation & training and Time attend management.
5. Proactive interactions with employees pertaining to welfare and benefits.
6. Payroll processing on HRMS and coordinating with accounts team for the salary disbursements.
7. Exit formalities, Assets management & recovery, F&F process and documentations
