Job Brief
We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team which is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, who manages the administrative tasks that involve employee compensation, benefits, education and motivation.
Responsibilities
Responsible for handling HR operations and ensuring compliance with all payroll related statutory requirements.
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility.
Developing operational reporting and dashboards as and when required.
Maintaining confidential and sensitive employee records and data, and ensuring the security of HR information systems.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated competence in the various HR functional areas, especially employee relations and change management.
Minimum Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (preferably in human resources or business administration).
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated credibility and integrity in communications to ensure information flows both upward and downward.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred working experience as an HR Executive, HR Analyst or a similar role in the Human Resources department.
