QUALIFICATIONS
• Open for freshers and Master’s degree
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter is a plus
• Hands-on experience with telephonic
• Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
• Has knowledge on sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Amenable to work onsite from Monday to Friday
• Open to new learnings and challenges as a Recruiter
• Willing to work under targets
• Can start immediately
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for handling IT and non IT recruitment for clients in Philippines and Malaysia
• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, shortlisting, negotiation, uploading applicants CVs, schedule interviews, offer
• Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like Naukri , Shine, Linkedin
• Responsible for achieving a good conversation ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
• Validation of resumes for expertise and verification of status
• Understand the requirements from the hiring
• To ensure the ideal source mix is maintained to be cost effective
• To be innovative and think out of the box to source & attract talent
• To have in depth understanding of the company & its policies to pitch correctly to the candidates
• Meeting clients requirement
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
