Role Overview
We are looking for an HR Executive who will own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding execution. This role is purely operational and delivery-focused, with no involvement in policy-making or HR strategy.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
A. Recruitment
1. Manage end-to-end hiring for assigned roles (briefing, sourcing, screening, coordination, verification, closures)
2. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and agency networks
3. Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders
4. Maintain hiring trackers and closure timelines
5. Ensure offer rollouts and joining dates are met as per business requirements
B. Onboarding
1. Manage joining formalities and documentation
2. Coordinate Day 0–30 onboarding checklist with Ops and reporting managers
3. Ensure smooth first-day and first-week experience for new joiners
4. Track completion of onboarding milestones
What We’re Looking For
1. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (creative/digital agency experience preferred)
2. Strong coordination and follow-up skills
3. Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
4. Clear communication and execution mindset
