Reports To: HR Manager
Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and recommending top-quality candidates for open positions within the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for finding the best candidates to join the team. Prior experience sourcing desktop, server and network engineers is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates for open positions, including leveraging social media and other recruitment platforms.
2. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
3. Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and suitability for the role.
4. Manage candidate communications and provide regular updates on the status of their application.
5. Negotiate job offers with selected candidates, ensuring that all compensation, benefits, and other terms are clearly communicated and agreed upon.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities, including candidate communications, interview notes, and offer letters.
7. Participate in the development and implementation of recruitment policies and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
8. Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective strategies to meet these needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sourcing desktop, server and network engineers.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview techniques.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
8. Passion for finding the best candidates to join the team and contribute to the organization's success.
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, with normal office hours Monday through Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday are off). Some evening and weekend work may be required, particularly for interviews and special projects. Immediate joiners are preferred.
