Job Title: HR Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Understand client hiring needs and role requirements
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on skills and cultural fit
Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication
Track recruitment metrics (TAT, offer ratio, drop-outs)
2. Database Management & Reporting
Maintain candidate database and closed position records
Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports
Build a talent pipeline for future roles
3. HR Operations Support (As Needed)
Assist in onboarding, documentation, and induction
Help with employee records, leave data, and HRMIS updates
Support in employee engagement and basic HR activities
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple recruitment drives and deliver under deadlines
Proficiency in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn, job boards)
Attention to detail and ability to evaluate candidate suitability accurately
Basic understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
