Position Overview
We are hiring an HR Executive – Technical Support to assist our clients in using our Payroll Management Software effectively. This role involves client support, software troubleshooting, and applying HR knowledge to help clients process payrolls accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and effective technical support for Payroll Management Software.
Respond to client inquiries and troubleshoot software issues via phone, email, or remote support.
Guide clients through payroll processes, compliance requirements, and HR-related functionalities.
Handle calculations related to salary structure, deductions (PF, ESIC, PTax), and overtime.
Support clients with setting up and implementing HR policies in the system.
Manage software usage on desktops and mobile devices, resolving technical issues as needed.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Confident in using computers and mobile devices.
Strong numerical and calculation abilities.
Basic understanding of HR policies, payroll compliance, and statutory laws.
Ability to handle client queries efficiently and maintain a helpful attitude.
Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to software tools and updates.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience preferred, but freshers with strong communication and HR understanding are welcome to apply.
Candidates must be able to work from the Satara office and commit to a minimum of 1 year.
