Job Description
We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance, engagement, and HRMS activities.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- *1. Recruitment & Hiring**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Track open positions and ensure timely closures
- Source candidates, screen profiles, and schedule interviews
- *2. Attendance & Compliance**
- Monitor daily attendance and ensure 100% compliance
- Track absenteeism, late marks, and leave records
- *3. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle**
- Manage onboarding process for new joiners
- Maintain employee records and documentation

Engagement**
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities
- Drive participation and collect feedback
- *5. HRMS Management**
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in HRMS
- Manage employee data, attendance, and leave records
- *6. Administration**
- Help with office adminstration arrangements

- *Skills & Competencies**
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Knowledge of HR operations and compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (e.g., Keka)
- Data tracking & reporting skills (Excel proficiency)
- *Qualification & Experience**
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in HR operations/recruitment
Job Types: Full time, Internship
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
