Job Description
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make recommendations to hiring managers.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a positive and seamless transition.
Develop and maintain comprehensive onboarding materials, including welcome packages, orientation schedules, and training resources.
Conduct new hire orientations, introducing company policies, procedures, and culture.
Provide guidance and support to new employees to help them integrate into the organization effectively.
Establish and maintain an accurate and up-to-date database at candidate and employee stage, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
Generate reports and analyse data to provide insights and support decision-making related to talent acquisition and talent management.
Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement.
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, and database management, preferably within the payment industry or a related field.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and familiarity with various sourcing methods.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and employees at all levels.
Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Highly ethical and discreet when handling confidential information.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
