Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Partnering with business and HR leadership to identify hiring priorities and workforce gaps
Drafting and publishing compelling job descriptions across appropriate channels
Shortlisting, screening, and scheduling candidates with functional teams
Facilitating interview coordination, feedback collection, and decision finalization
Negotiating salary, drafting offers, and releasing appointment letters post-approval
Coordinating with onboarding and HR operations teams for seamless post-offer engagement
The desired candidate will possess:
Proven success in managing multiple roles and stakeholders independently
Experience with AOP planning, dashboard management, and reporting
Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms, HRMS tools, and Excel
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
