Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive / Talent Acquisition Executive to support our recruitment and basic HR operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in human resources within a fast-growing and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordination
Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and other channels
Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates as per role requirements
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure timely follow-ups
Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment reports
Support onboarding processes and documentation
Assist in day-to-day HR activities as required
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR specialization preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
Good organizational and coordination abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals is an advantage
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
