Job Description:
Mindbowser is looking for an HR Executive- Talent Executive with end-to-end recruitment experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees.
Responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various roles. Networking through online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure to attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, need to build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.
Responsibilities:
· Source potential candidates for various technical positions and attract candidates using various sources, like database, social media networks and employee referrals.
· Perform pre-screening calls to assess and analyse applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, abilities, interest level and behavior.
· Coordinate with IT team leaders to understand the requirement and hiring needs. collaborate with IT Leads on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
· Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to candidates
· Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
· Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
· Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Requirements:
· Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
· Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
· Familiarity with LinkedIn, Social media hiring.
· Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting)
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
