Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled HR Executive – Technical Recruitment with experience in IT & Non-IT hiring. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding. Experience with ATS and hiring for Engineering, IT, KPO, or Manufacturing roles will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Source & screen candidates for IT & Non-IT roles
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Manage salary negotiations & offer discussions
Prepare and release offer letters
Ensure smooth onboarding of new hires
Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring needs
Maintain and update candidate data in ATS
Preferred Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
Exposure to IT & Non-IT hiring
Experience in salary negotiation & offer management
Familiarity with ATS tools
Strong sourcing and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
